Do I need an account to shop?

  • While you can browse our store without an account, registering allows you to:

How can I find products?

  • Use the search bar at the top of the page to search by product name or category.
  • Browse our categories in the navigation menu for more options.

How do I view product details?

  • Click on any product image or title to see its detailed description, specifications, and pricing. Please note that you have to be logged in to see prices.

How do I add items to my cart?

  • Click the Add to Cart button on the product page.
  • View your cart by clicking the Cart Icon in the top-right corner of the page.

How do I complete my purchase?

  1. Go to your cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
  2. Enter your billing and shipping details.
  3. Choose your payment method and confirm your order.
  4. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Can I track my order?

  • Yes, log in to your account and go to the My Orders section to track your order status.

How do I cancel an order?

  • Contact us immediately at info@huanyuenergy.co.za or call 010 595 3687. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.

What if my order is delayed?

  • We’ll notify you if there’s a delay. For updates, contact our support team.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).

Is my payment information secure?

  • Yes, all transactions are processed securely by trusted third-party providers.

How long does delivery take?

  • Delivery times depend on your location, order size etc
